Abstract

The study titled “Impact of digital health initiative under viksit bharat mission 2047 in india” explores how India’s digital health transformation aligns with the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, which aims to achieve equitable and technology-driven healthcare for all. The research assesses the implementation and outcomes of key e-health programmes such as the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), e-Sanjeevani Telemedicine, CoWIN, U-WIN, and Tele-MANAS across urban and rural areas of india. The study evaluates the accessibility, affordability, and quality of digital healthcare services while identifying disparities in adoption based on gender, income, and digital literacy. Findings are expected to reveal how digital platforms have enhanced healthcare delivery, reduced geographical and economic barriers, and contributed to universal health coverage. However, challenges related to infrastructure, digital literacy, and privacy persist. The study contributes policy insights to strengthen India’s digital health ecosystem and supports the realization of the “Health for All” goal under the Viksit Bharat 2047 framework.
